If your document template has 2 or more signees and you generate a sign request, the system will deduct 2 (count of signees) signature credits from your account

**Cancel Request: **The request is canceled. Signees are not able to sign the document, neither they will be able to download the document. But as a User of Docu Signer, you will be able to maintain the record in Docu SIgner for all record keeping purposes. **Sign Request: **The request is permanently deleted from the system and you will not be able to track it in future. **Cancel Request: ** You can only cancel the sign requests that are yet not complete. If a sign request has already been signed by all signees, this request cannot be canceled now. **Sign Request: **Any sign request (even the one that has been signed by all signees) can be deleted.
