Docu Signer allows you to easily track the documents after generating sign requests. You will have the complete audit trail available for each sign request (who initiated the sign request, when it was sent, when was it viewed and when it was signed by the respective recipients/ signees, etc). This information can be crucial for auditing purposes, compliance, and legal reasons.

  • Tracking the status of digital sign requests is crucial for ensuring compliance, efficiency, security, and accountability.
  • Having real-time status information allows you to make informed decisions. For example, if a critical contract is pending signature, you can take appropriate actions to expedite the process or communicate the urgency to stakeholders.

To track Sign Request in Docu Signer:

  • Login to your Docu Signer account.
  • Click on Sign Requests module (from menu in the left).
  • Here you will see list of existing Sign Requests generated through Docu Signer.
  • Click on Audit Trail button (under the Actions column) of the desired sign request.
    • You can also type in sign request title in the search box just above the list of requests. This will narrow down your search for the request you are looking for.
  • A new page will open where you would be able to see the detailed status of the request.
