Subscription Management

There are multiple standard/ value add on subscription plans available in Docu Signer to allow users pick the services that align best with their business.

Subscription Attributes/ paramaters available:

  • Users - This will define the number of users who will be able to access your Docu Signer account to handle all sign requests and other operations.
  • Signature Credits: This will define the number of signatures that you will be able to get per month.
  • Templates: This will define the number of document templates you will be able to define in your system. 
  • Custom Fields/ Keys - This is the total number of custom keys combined for all templates that you will be able to manage in your account.
  • SMS Credits - This will be number of SMS notifications/ SMS OTPs you will be able to consume. This can be purchased as a value add on. TnC apply
  • Whats app Credits - This will be number of whats app notifications/ whats app OTPs you will be able to consume. This can be purchased as a value add on. TnC apply 

To view/ upgrade your current subscription:

  • Login to your Docu Signer account.
  • Click on Settings > Subscription (from menu in the left).
  • You will be able to see complete subscription details for your account here.

In addition, You will be able to see 

  • Invoices/ details of all purchases made till date.
  • Any due bills/ proformas.
  • Option to make payment for pending bills.
  • View details of cards used for making purchases till date.
  • Option to add new card details for upcoming purchases.
  • Transaction details of all signature credits consumed
