A USB token or PFX file functions as a password-protected digital signature certificate, where the signer exclusively manages the certificate and signing keys. This ensures a highly secure document signing process.
Users can choose between a shared organizational certificate or their personal digital certificate to digitally sign documents.
Here are the steps to add this extra layer of security to your digital signature world:
- Login to your Docu Signer account.
- Click on Settings > Configurations (from menu in the left).
- Fill the form available for the organizational certificate and click Submit button. This will save basic information about your account.
- All mandatory fields are marked with *
