Configuring Notifications

It is important to be informed/ inform your contacts whenever sign requests are generated. There are several events in the system when you would like to be notified. To facilitate this, Docu Signer has a dedicated notifications section to manage all your notification events.

Notification Types supported by Docu Signer:

  • Email
  • SMS - Currently available in only limited countries. Available as a value add on to enterprise customers.
  • Whats app- Available as a value add on to enterprise customers.

Here are the steps to configure notifications in your system:

  • Login to your Docu Signer account.
  • Click on Settings > Notifications (from menu in the left).
  • You will be able to see all possible events in the system.
  • For every event, you can configure the default notification type and recipients. You can also add additional email ids/ mobile numbers that should be notified for this event.
  • For reminder events, you can configure frequency of reminders.
