Send Sign Request reminders

Docu Signer allows you to send reminder to the concerned signees after generating sign requests. This might be required if you are eagerly waiting for the sign request to get completed but some signees are yet to sign the document.

To send remidner:

  • Login to your Docu Signer account.
  • Click on Sign Requests module (from menu in the left).
  • Here you will see list of existing Sign Requests generated through Docu Signer.
  • You can only send reminders for the sign requests that are yet not complete. If a sign request has already been signed by all signees, the option for sending reminder will not show.
  • Click on Send Reminder button (under the Actions column) of the desired sign request.
    • You can also type in sign request title in the search box just above the list of requests. This will narrow down your search for the request you are looking for.
  • A pop up prompt will open to reconfirm your decision of sending the reminder for the request.
  • Click on Yes button and the email reminder will be triggered to the concerned signees for this request.
